Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.

1.3 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes.

1.4 Deviating terms and conditions will not be accepted.

2. Offers and Product Descriptions

Product displays in the online store are not legally binding offers but invitations to place an order. Errors and changes are reserved.

3. Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion

3.1 Products can be added to the cart using the “Add to cart” button and ordered via the checkout process.

3.2 By clicking “Pay now,” the customer submits a binding purchase offer.

3.3 The automatic order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of the order – a contract is only concluded after payment confirmation or shipping notification.

4. Subject of the Contract

The products offered are intended exclusively for private use. They are not classified as medical devices. Diagnosis or medical advice is not provided.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1 All prices are final prices. VAT is not applicable according to article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

5.2 Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

5.3 For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5.4 We currently ship physical products only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment is made in advance via the methods shown at checkout.

6.2 Orders are processed after payment has been received.

6.3 We reserve the right to cancel the order in case of delayed or missing payment.

7. Delivery

7.1 Shipping is available to selected European countries in discreet, unbranded packaging.

7.1.1 Orders are shipped only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.

7.2 Processing time starts upon receipt of the sample at our lab.

7.3 Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For return information, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

• Opened or unsealed test kits cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
• Personalized services (e.g. lab tests) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Returned lab samples can only be shipped back to addresses in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland. Samples sent from other regions will be securely disposed of after testing.

9. Liability

9.1 We are not liable for loss or damage during shipment.

9.2 We cannot guarantee the suitability or quality of submitted samples.

10. Data Protection

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Jurisdiction

French law applies. Jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, the location of our business in France.
